2. Purpose and terms of use
This site presents the music project Akelani 33 · The Lumen Singularity (information, previews and song voting) and offers the “Ocean of Memories” service. By using it you accept these terms and agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law, without harming the service or other people.
It is forbidden to try to access other people’s data, to automate the sending of tributes or votes, or to bypass usage limits.
3. Terms of the “Ocean of Memories” service
- A tribute is symbolic: a virtual candle and, optionally, a note. It is not a funeral, religious or document-custody service.
- You are responsible for the content you write. Links, advertising, unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content that infringes the honour, privacy or data of third parties is not allowed. We may remove, without notice, any content that breaks these rules.
- You can withdraw your tribute at any time (see the privacy policy).
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The Akelani 33® trademark, the music, texts, images, design and code of this site belong to its owner or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except for uses allowed by law.
Tribute notes remain the property of their author, who grants the site a free, non-exclusive licence to display them in the corresponding circle of memories (if the box was ticked) until the tribute is withdrawn.
5. Links
The site links to social networks and third-party platforms. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and error-free, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We are not liable for damage arising from interruptions, failures of third-party providers or misuse of the site by other people, except where the law does not allow it.
7. Data protection and cookies
Personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies; only the local storage needed to remember your preferences.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, unless consumer law provides for another forum, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your place of residence.
